1. Terms and Conditions

All services, whether advisory, design-related, or physical manufacture, are provided under the conditions set out in these Terms and subject to formal written agreements. Our company reserves the right to refuse any request or project that falls outside our expertise or operational capacity.

1.3 Quotations and Contract Formation

  • All quotations, proposals, or cost estimates issued by Kalforge Equipment Limited are provided for guidance purposes and remain valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • No contract, service obligation, or liability shall arise from preliminary discussions, proposals, or quotations alone. A binding agreement only arises once a written acceptance, purchase order, or formal contract has been received and confirmed by Kalforge Equipment Limited.
  • We reserve the right to revise quotations in cases where project requirements change, unforeseen technical challenges arise, or materials and supply costs fluctuate. Any revisions will be communicated promptly to the client.

1.4 Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid in full according to the terms specified on the quotation, invoice, or contract.
  • Deposits may be required before the commencement of any project, order processing, or manufacturing work. The deposit amount will be clearly stated in any quotation or contract.
  • Late payments may incur interest or fees in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

1.5 Liability

  • Kalforge Equipment Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from preliminary consultations, quotations, project planning, or the use of machinery beyond agreed specifications.
  • Liability for damages, defects, or failure of machinery is strictly limited to the terms set forth in signed contracts and applicable manufacturer warranties.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that machinery is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with provided specifications, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.

1.6 Cancellations and Amendments

  • All cancellations, modifications, or amendments to projects, orders, or contracts must be submitted in writing.
  • Deposits, partial payments, or other fees may be retained or charged to cover incurred costs, materials, or administrative expenses, depending on the stage of project completion.
  • Kalforge Equipment Limited reserves the right to cancel or postpone projects where operational, logistical, or safety constraints make completion impractical.
